青年团2026年首次青年领袖交流会圆满举办
7 月 2 日，新加坡潮州八邑会馆青年团 2026 年度首次青年领袖交流会于醉花林俱乐部顺利举行。本次活动不仅汇聚会馆青年会员，更吸引大批非会员潮籍青年踊跃到场，各界潮青积极互动，现场氛围热烈融洽。活动开场，全体一同观看会馆宣传片，透过影像回顾会馆逾百年发展脉络与组织架构。
本场交流会由青年团副团长邹杰威主持。青年团团长陈俊元首先上台分享，细致梳理青年团发展历程，介绍各类特色青年活动与长期发展愿景。潮女组主任陈怡晖亦发言，向在场青年介绍会馆潮女组的创立初心、发展脉络与特色主题活动，诚邀各位潮籍女性同乡踊跃加入潮女组，一同交流共进。随后现有执行委员与新任青年骨干依次登台自我介绍，列席的众多非会员潮籍青年也主动分享个人经历与想法，现场众人各抒己见，氛围十分热烈。
此次交流会成功拉近新生代潮籍青年的情谊，让在场同乡青年深度认识会馆与青年团的职能与愿景。青年团后续将持续打造多元交流联谊平台，广泛凝聚海内外潮青力量，赓续弘扬潮人优良精神，诚挚欢迎更多潮籍青年同乡参与、加入我们。
On 2 July, the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Youth Committee successfully held its first “YOUTH LEADER NETWORKING 2026“ at Chui Huay Lim Club. The event brought together Youth Committee members and many non-member Teochew youths, providing a valuable platform for networking and exchange. The programme began with a screening of the Huay Kuan’s corporate video, introducing its century-long history and organisational structure.
The session was hosted by Alvin Chow. Youth Committee Chairman Mark Tan shared the committee’s development, signature programmes and future plans, while Melody Tan, Head of the Ladies Committee, introduced the group’s vision, development and activities, inviting more Teochew women to join the community. This was followed by self-introductions from the Youth Committee’s executive members and newly appointed youth leaders. Many participating non-member Teochew youths also shared their backgrounds, experiences and aspirations, with lively discussions and meaningful exchanges throughout the session. The event strengthened connections among the younger generation of Teochews and deepened their understanding of the Huay Kuan and its Youth Committee, while encouraging more youths to participate in future activities.
