特别会员大会：一致同意潮州八邑会馆旗下设立公益慈善机构 Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Members Unanimously Approve Formation of Charity at Special Meeting

潮州八邑会馆第48届董事会于2025年7月18日在醉花林俱乐部正式召开特别会员大会。大会共有79位会员出席，现场气氛热烈。与会会员一致通过议案，同意在会馆旗下设立一间公益慈善机构，以进一步推动社会服务工作，弘扬慈善精神。

The 48th Board of Directors of Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan convened an Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 July 2025 at Chui Huay Lim Club. A total of 79 members were in attendance. The meeting was conducted in a positive and supportive atmosphere, and all members present unanimously approved the proposal to establish a charitable organisation under the Huay Kuan, with the aim of advancing social services and promoting the spirit of philanthropy.
