简介：影片讲述了传统潮汕父子在儿子的成长及创业历程中，从冲突对立到和解、互相支持的故事。片中加入了不少潮汕元素，从大量潮汕方言对白、潮语乐队“玩具船长”演唱插曲、到拜月娘等民俗，有超2000名潮汕人参演，并获得2019年金众电影青年“年度华人文化奖”。

影片因参杂方言粗口，属NC16评级，只供16岁以上公众观看。
