江西潮汕商会与缅甸潮州会馆来访
1月23日，江西潮汕商会常务副会长陆培浩先生、缅甸潮州会馆副会长莊礼俊先生莅临新加坡潮州八邑会馆交流。本会会长拿督斯里吴木興博士BBM(L)、总务黄朝群、董事佘韩忠进行了热情接待，双方分享了各会馆在联络乡侨等方面的发展近况，在共话乡情中深化联结。
交流中，陆培浩先生介绍了江西潮汕商会的发展状况，提及此次到访新加坡及东南亚地区，旨在学习借鉴当地潮团组织的发展经验，为商会后续发展赋能。莊礼俊先生则围绕缅甸潮州会馆在传承潮文化方面的实践与探索展开分享，同时交流了会馆在创新服务模式以吸引更多年轻潮人加入、凝聚新生代力量等方面的思路与举措，双方就相关经验深入探讨。
吴木興会长表示，希望江西潮汕商会、缅甸潮州会馆对2027年第二十四届国际潮团联谊年会的筹备工作给予更多支持。潮州八邑会馆愿与两地会馆持续深化交流、推动资源共享，在传承潮人精神的同时拓展合作空间，共绘海内外潮团同心发展的美好蓝图！
On 23rd January, Mr Lu Peihao, Executive Vice President of the Jiangxi Chaoshan Shang Hui, and Mr Eddy Zhuang, Vice President of the Myanmar Chao Zhou Association, visited the Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan for an exchange. They were warmly received by Dato’ Seri Dr. Derek Goh BBM(L), President of the association, Mr Jacob Huang, Honorary Secretary, and Board Member Mr Jeremy She. The meeting included exchanges on community engagement and organisational development.
President Goh expressed hope for greater support from both associations for the 24th Teochew nternational Convention to be held in Singapore in 2027, and looked forward to continued collaboration, resource sharing, and strengthened ties among Teochew organisations worldwide.
