国内外事务组首届“商业导师计划”正式启动 资深领袖助年轻潮商成长
7月20日，新加坡潮州八邑会馆于醉花林俱乐部，在新加坡潮商总会支持下举办首届商业导师计划启动仪式。该项目由会馆国内外事务组打造，旨在搭建系统化培育平台，通过杰出潮商领袖的指导，加速年轻潮籍企业家及专业人士的个人成长与事业发展。
首届计划特邀10位来自不同领域的企业领袖担任导师，包括珍宝集团总裁兼执行主席黄建铭、鹰眼科中心联合创办人兼副主席林伟杰医生、远东花卉集团董事经理石屏章、海德思哲首席执行长及董事会业务负责人郭俊豪等，配对19名潮籍青年创业者，分享经营经验、拓展行业人脉，凝聚潮商力量，培育新一代潮人商界领袖。项目为期半年，每月灵活开展1至2小时深度交流，分享创业心得、经营管理经验，搭建跨界人脉。
国内外事务组主席沈茂强在启动仪式致辞中提到，该计划不止提供短期指导，核心目标是打造长期互助潮商社群。期盼青年学员借前辈经验少走弯路，待未来事业稳固，也能回馈平台，将实干守信的潮商精神代代延续，凝聚潮州商界持续发展。
On 20th July, Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan (Singapore), with the support of the Singapore Teochew Business Federation, launched its inaugural Business Mentorship Programme at Chui Huay Lim Club. Organised by the Huay Kuan’s Local & International Affairs Committee, the programme aims to nurture young Teochew entrepreneurs and professionals through structured mentorship. Ten business leaders from different industries were invited to serve as mentors. They included Mr Ang Kiam Meng, Group CEO and Executive Chairman of Jumbo Group, Dr Lim Wee Kiak, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Eagle Eye Centre, Mr Ryan Chioh, Managing Director of FarEastFlora.com, and Mr Terence Quek, CEO and Board of Directors Practice Singapore at Heidrick & Struggles. They will mentor 19 young Teochew entrepreneurs over a six-month programme.
In his opening address, Mr Kenny Sim, Chairman of the LIA Committee, said the programme aims to build a long-term Teochew business network. He encouraged participants to learn from experienced mentors, strengthen business connections, and carry forward the Teochew entrepreneurial spirit.
