中西共话养生|返璞归真养生气功讲座圆满举行
6 月 14 日,年度养生系列活动之「返璞归真养生气功讲座」在新加坡华族文化中心顺利举办,新加坡潮州八邑会馆参与联办,本次活动吸引近 500 名民众到场参与。讲座以 “从中西医学视角探讨身心和谐之道” 为主题,特邀拥有四十余年气功研究经验的王志建中医师,以及鹰阁医院心胸外科陈言森医生联袂分享,结合传统养生智慧与现代医学理论,拆解气功养生原理、练习方法与健康价值,内容兼具专业性与实用性。
活动现场氛围热烈,除两位专家的深度讲解外,还设置了见证视频分享、互动问答、功法示范等环节。活动尾声,本会会务顾问兼永远名誉会长郭明忠博士为两位主讲嘉宾送上纪念品。本次活动圆满结束,丰富的内容与精彩的交流,也让在场人士对科学养生有了全新的认知。
On 14th June, the annual wellness programme “Returning to Simplicity: Health Qigong Talk” was successfully held at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, co-organised by the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, attracting nearly 500 participants. Under the theme “Exploring Mind–Body Harmony from Eastern and Western Medical Perspectives,” TCM physician Wang Zhijian and cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Tan Yong Seng from Gleneagles Hospital shared insights on qigong principles, practice, and its health benefits, combining traditional wisdom with modern medical perspectives.
The event included expert sharing, testimonial videos, Q&A, and qigong demonstrations, with strong audience engagement throughout. The programme concluded with a souvenir presentation to the speakers by Dr George Quek, Adviser and Life Honorary President of TPIHK, offering participants a meaningful exchange on holistic and scientific approaches to wellness.
