八邑会馆出席麻坡潮州会馆88周年庆盛宴 The Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Attended the 88th Anniversary Celebration of the Muar Teochew Association
8月8日，麻坡潮州会馆举行88周年庆盛宴，麻坡潮州会馆主席徐一峰致词时表示，该会始终秉持照顾乡亲福利、传承与发扬潮州文化及习俗、推动社区文化教育的宗旨在麻坡深耕。徐主席衷心感谢历届董事及乡亲88年来的鼎力支持，为会馆奠定了坚实基础。他特别呼吁年轻一代积极加入，共同传承潮州文化与传统习俗。
新加坡潮州八邑会馆吴佶财署理会长代表本会出席庆典晚宴。吴木興会长虽未能亲临，但仍特意准备一幅对联以致祝贺。本会副总务陈坤成及董事苏章恺亦一同出席活动，共襄盛举。
On August 8, the Muar Teochew Association celebrated its 88th anniversary. Chairman Xu Yifeng thanked past boards and community members for their support and encouraged the younger generation to carry forward Teochew culture and traditions.
Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Deputy Chairman Mr. Woo Chee Chay attended the banquet. Chairman Dr. Derek Goh Bak Heng sent a couplet as a congratulatory gift. Deputy Hon. Secretary Mr. Tan Koon Seng and Board Member Mr. Su Zhangkai also joined the celebration.
