Late Mr Eng Liat Kiang, Founder Chairman, Sin Heng Chan Group, had contributed selflessly to our Huay Kuan and many other Teochew Clan associations for over 50 years. He was a well-respected and prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist. He ever said that strong willpower, determination and the ability to endure difficulties will see you through many challenging moments… Above all, always be trustworthy, reliable and honest.
